* Setting new pricing strategy for vacant / upcoming units & renewals
* Inventories check in and check out
* Inspections
* Resident move in and key hand over
* Progression of application & tenancies info:
* Comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Right to Rent checks - Ensuring this is correct to updated Gov guidance
• Referencing checks
• Issuing of tenancy agreements and making sure they are completed / signed correctly
• Uploading all documents, i.e. Right to Rent, checks, inventories, reference reports, deposit certificates into relevant systems
