We are looking for clever, confident, bubbly people who have a great telephone manner to call all our live users to check to see how they are finding the system, if they are happy, and to get feedback in terms of rich data so we are totally in tune with what our customers want and need. Also if they are struggling you will have to be ready to jump online and click through with them to help them learn how to get the best out of the product. You’ll be able to join them onto webinars and support them, and escalate to 2nd level things you might not yet know. What matters to us is that we deliver a 5* service and generate new leads by recommendations.
As a Customer Success Officer, good conversational English on the phone and in professional responses to emails and fantastic written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
